After careful consideration, DraftKings has decided to discontinue Reignmakers and our NFT Marketplace, effective immediately, due to recent legal developments. This decision was not made lightly, and we believe it is the right course of action.

Reignmakers digital game pieces will no longer be tradeable on our secondary market and will have no utility for playing in fantasy-style contests, as no more contests will run. Your digital game pieces are currently accessible on your My Portfolio page. Customers will have the option to transfer their digital game pieces (subject to limited exceptions that we are diligently working through) to their own wallet with details above. 

All holders of Reignmakers digital game pieces will have the opportunity to relinquish those game pieces to DraftKings in exchange for a cash payment (subject to certain conditions).  The amount of the payment will be based on factors that include, but are not limited to, the relative size and quality of your digital game piece collection.  We intend to allow for this exchange of cash payment (subject to certain conditions) beginning within a week after July 30, 2024.

Customers who own digital game pieces will still be able to access them, and we will update the community on transition plans to maintain future access.

Reignmakers digital game pieces and NFTs will no longer be tradeable or sellable on DraftKings Marketplace.  Please see above for instructions on how to transfer digital game pieces and NFTs off the DraftKings platform.

DraftKings will no longer offer Reignmakers Contests as of July 30, 2024.

Any money related to Reignmakers is part of the shared wallet across all of DraftKings’ gaming products. Customers can withdraw funds from their balance as they would normally on DraftKings.

As of July 30, 2024, we have initiated a process to cancel all NFT listings. This process may take several hours to fully complete across all customer accounts.

As of July 30, 2024, we have initiated a process to cancel all existing NFT Offers and return customer funds, previously held in escrow, to your account.  This process may take several hours to fully complete across all customer accounts.

All NFTs may be withdrawn to your own wallet, subject to the below limited exceptions:

• The following Autograph Collectibles: SLAM Retro Covers Vol. 1; Man in the Arena: Tom Brady Collection.  DraftKings is working diligently with our partners to enable you to transfer these items to your own wallet;
• Reignmakers Football and PGA TOUR Starter Set Digital Gamecards;
• 2024 Reignmakers Football Trade-In Tokens; and 
• All unopened packs (all collections).  As of July 30, 2024, we have initiated a process to open all unopened packs for you.  This process may take several hours to fully complete across all customer accounts.  Please note that once the packs are opened, you are then able to transfer the NFTs to your own wallet.

DraftKings’ intent is to calculate an amount that appreciates and acknowledges your participation in the Reignmakers product (subject to certain conditions). The cash payment amount is based on several factors that include, but are not limited to:

• Refunds, net of sales (purchase price less any sales proceeds received), for the following digital game pieces: 2024 Reignmakers Football, 2024 PGA TOUR FedEx Set, and unused Trade-In Tokens.
• Prorated refunds of 2024 Octagon Pass and Greens Pass purchases.
• A final Franchise Score snapshot of customers’ Reignmakers portfolio was taken at 10:30 AM ET on July 30, 2024 to determine Franchise Score standings.  The payout tables for the final Franchise Score payment included as a part of your overall Reignmakers payment can be found HERE.
• Relative share of remaining 2024 Reignmakers season cash contest prizing, distributed based on the relative size and quality of individual 2024 PGA TOUR and UFC digital game piece collections, among other things, with additional detail below.
• Relative share of payments for prior season digital game pieces to reflect 2024-25 football season prizing and 2025 seasons for PGA TOUR and UFC, with additional detail below.

To calculate the payment amount for the relative share of digital game piece utility for Reignmakers Football and PGA TOUR, DraftKings considered primarily two approaches -- one that more heavily weighted size within rarity tiers of your Reignmakers portfolio and one that more heavily weighted player quality within rarity tier of the your Reignmakers portfolio – we are providing you with the higher of the two amounts.

The ability to claim your Reignmakers cash payment (subject to certain conditions) will be available until October 31, 2024.

No, your potential Reignmakers cash payment (subject to certain conditions) will not be impacted by what digital game pieces you withdraw.

An unopened pack transferred out of your DraftKings portfolio is not capable of being opened. To ensure that all digital game pieces within packs can be transferred out of your DraftKings portfolio, DraftKings opened all unopened packs on July 30, 2024.

We will be converting Reignmakers Primary Credits into DK Dollars. These DK Dollars are not included in the calculation of your Reignmakers cash payment (subject to certain conditions). DK Dollars are site credits that have no cash value and are only valid for use on DraftKings. DK Dollars do not expire and must be played 1x prior to withdrawal of winnings.

The conversion will take place on Friday, August 2, 2024.  

For the Reignmakers UFC 2024, 2nd Half RARE+ Ironman Achievement, if you entered a Reignmakers Rare+ Tier UFC contest on two (2) days from July 1, 2024 through July 30, 2024, you will receive the UFC DFS Contest ticket.  The DFS contest for this reward ticket is intended to be run for UFC 306 which is scheduled for September 14, 2024.

All other Reignmakers UFC Achievement thresholds will not change.  Until October 31, 2024, you are able to claim rewards for UFC Achievements that were completed prior to July 30, 2024.  Reignmakers UFC Achievements may be claimed by visiting HERE.  The Achievements Page will be updated to reflect the new thresholds for 2nd Half RARE+ Ironman Achievement on Monday August 5, 2024.

For Reignmakers PGA TOUR, the following Ironman Achievements will be amended from 30 weeks entering a Reignmakers PGA TOUR contest to 22 weeks entering a Reignmakers PGA TOUR contest at the respective rarity level: Reignmakers PGA TOUR ELITE+ Ironman, Reignmakers PGA TOUR ELITE+ Tier Credit Ironman, and Reignmakers PGA TOUR CORE+ Ironman. For the Reignmakers PGA TOUR ELITE+ Ironman, Reignmakers PGA TOUR CORE+ Ironman, and Reignmakers PGA TOUR Sophomore Season achievements which award PGA TOUR DFS contest tickets, we intend to run the DFS contests for this reward for the PGA TOUR Procore Championship (currently scheduled to begin September 12, 2024).

Until October 31, 2024, you may continue to claim rewards for PGA TOUR Achievements that were completed prior to July 30, 2024.  Reignmakers PGA TOUR Achievements may be claimed by visiting HERE.  The Achievements Page will be updated to reflect the new thresholds for Reignmakers PGA TOUR ELITE+ Ironman, Reignmakers PGA TOUR ELITE+ Tier Credit Ironman, and Reignmakers PGA TOUR CORE+ Ironman on Monday August 5, 2024.

Yes, holders of Reignmakers PGA TOUR digital game pieces  with a "Scratched" attribute value of "Yes" as of 10:30 AM ET on July 30, 2024 will be awarded one DFS contest ticket per edition held (max of 150 DFS contest tickets per customer). This DFS contest will be held during the Procore Championship, scheduled to run from September 12, 2024 through September 15, 2024, and will offer $25K in prizes  ($1K per Showdown event offered in the 2024 Reignmakers PGA TOUR season).  The overall Showdown Policy can be found HERE.  Tickets to this DFS contest will be credited to customer accounts on August 12, 2024.

Yes, holders of 2024 Reignmakers PGA TOUR Tyrrell Hatton and Lucas Herbert season long digital game pieces  (excluding the Starter Set) as of 10:30 AM EST on July 30, 2024  will be awarded contest tickets based on their holdings, using the below criteria.  Tickets to these DFS contests will be credited to customer accounts on August 12, 2024. (Note: Customers who have already redeemed game pieces for tickets will be unaffected, and those tickets are eligible for entry.):

• 1 ticket per 10 Core tier game pieces

• 1 ticket per 3 Rare tier game pieces

• 1 ticket per 1 Elite tier game piece

• 3 tickets per 1 Legendary tier game piece

• 10 tickets per 1 Reignmaker tier game piece

This contest will be held during the Procore Championship, scheduled to run from September 12, 2024 to September 15, 2024, and will offer a $75K in prizes  ($50K for "Group 1" Tyrrell Hatton, and $25K for "Group 2" golfer Lucas Herbert).

Yes, holders of Reignmakers UFC fighter digital game pieces with a “Scratched” attribute value of “Yes” will be awarded one contest ticket per edition held (max 150) corresponding to the tier of the scratched fighter digital game piece. Contest tickets will be based on customer holdings as of 10:30 AM ET on July 30, 2024. Any fighter digital game pieces remaining in customer portfolios with a “Scratched” metadata value of “Yes” will be eligible for the final scratched fighter DFS contests.

This will be the second of the bi-annual scratched fighter DFS contests outlined here. Tickets to these DFS contests will be credited to customer accounts on August 12, 2024 and will be distributed by rarity tier. Payout amounts for each of the contests will be as follows:

• Core: $15,000 total cash prizes

• Rare: $25,000 total cash prizes

• Elite: $25,000 total cash prizes

• Legendary: $30,000 total cash prizes

• Reignmaker: $30,000 total cash prizes

The contests will run in concurrence with UFC 306, scheduled for Saturday, September 14, 2024. Customers holding entry tickets will be able to submit lineups to these DFS contests up until lock time of the event date.
