General List Creation Guidelines:

DraftKings will establish an initial list of players that we project to be the top Fantasy Scorers for the upcoming season
QB and WR/TE from the same team cannot be on the list at the same time UNLESS a trade occurs between update windows
Updates Occur, Prior to the first week of contests (Preseason if applicable or Week 1), After Week 8 (Take effect Week 9), and After Week 18 (Updated for Playoffs)
SuperStar list and updates will apply to the current season and any prior season cards
We will never include more than 25 players on the SuperStar list

Question 2

Week 9 Update (occurs after Week 8 contests):

Players will only be considered for removal from the SuperStar list if they are scoring outside of the top 10 at their position, in both total FPTS and FPTS per game. DraftKings may use discretion in removing players from the SuperStar list if the player would otherwise qualify but is expected to miss 4 or more weeks due to injury or other reasons reported in/following Weeks 7 or 8
We will only consider adding new players to the SuperStar list if they are currently in the top 10 list of their positions (or within 10% of 10th place) based on FPPG through Week 7
We will not include a QB and a WR/TE to the SuperStar list if they are on the same team UNLESS a trade occurs between update windows
It will be at our discretion if we add a player on the SuperStar list
We will never include more than 25 players on the SuperStar list

Question 3

Playoffs Update (occurs after Week 18 contests):

Accepted Answer

Max of 3 players will be selected from each Conference (6 total). We will not select all QBs for any conference.
No more than half of the 6 SuperStars can be from a single position.
Where a QB qualifies under our rules, we will select the Top 3 QBs based on FPPG through Week 17 (top 3 will be based on QBs that have cards produced at all tiers in current season and not on IR).
After the Top 3 QBs, the remaining slots in each conference will fill with the Top RB and/or WR based on their FPPG relative to other qualifying WR or RBs in their respective conference. Consideration will be given to total fantasy points scored overall rank in addition to FPPG in scenarios where a player has high FPPG but limited games played.
